All dogs in boarding or board & train care will receive:
A clean, comfortable sleeping area with bedding and a Nylabone or other appropriate chew.
Structured care including feeding, medications, exercise, enrichment, and (if applicable) training.
IMPORTANT: If the Owner knows or suspects that their dog is prone to ingesting bedding, toys, or other foreign objects, it is their responsibility to notify The Dog Tribe Co. LLC in advance and request that no such items be provided.
Cancellations & Refund Policy:
24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule (no fee).
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the reserved service fee is due.
No-show without notice: Full fee due.
Emergencies: Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time services are completed. We accept cash and check, and prefer these methods as they help us keep our rates low. We also accept online and in-person card payments; however, a 3.5% convenience fee may be applied to cover card processing costs. Payment plans are on a case-by-case basis -- please reach out to discuss.
Training Results & Termination Policy
Training is a process that depends on many variables including consistency, environment, and follow-through from the Owner. The Dog Tribe Co. LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Progress may vary between dogs.
Either party—the Owner or The Dog Tribe Co. LLC—may choose to end a training program at any time. If the agreement is ended before completion of the scheduled program, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused training days or sessions, less any applicable fees for services already rendered.
Punctuality
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled pickups, drop-offs, and private lessons. A late fee of $15 if your arrival time deviates more than 15 minutes from the agreed upon time. This ensures smooth scheduling and respect for all clients' time.
Health & Safety
All dogs must be current on core vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo). Dogs must be free of contagious diseases, fleas, and parasites.
If health issues arise, we will attempt to contact the Owner. In emergencies, The Dog Tribe Co. LLC is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Owner’s expense.
Transportation Authorization
Owner authorizes The Dog Tribe Co. LLC and its representatives to transport the dog in a motor vehicle for training purposes, veterinary care, grooming, or any other essential service.
Grooming & Maintenance
If grooming (e.g., nail trims, bathing, mat removal) is needed during the dog’s boarding stay, The Dog Tribe Co. LLC will arrange services as necessary. The Owner is responsible for all grooming costs, which will be billed directly or added to the final invoice. An effort will be made to communicate these situations in advance of services being performed.
Media Release
I give permission for The Dog Tribe Co. LLC to use photos/videos of my dog for training updates or promotional content.
Liability
The Dog Tribe Co. LLC will take reasonable precautions to ensure each dog’s safety. However, Owner agrees to release The Dog Tribe Co. LLC and Rachel Molyneux from liability for injury, illness, escape, or death, except in cases of gross negligence.
