How to Submit Proof of Vaccinations
An up to date, rabies vaccination administered by a licensed veterinarian is required to board. We recommend you follow your veterinarian's recommendations for any other recommended vaccinations.
You may bring a paper copy or email a copy to rachel@thedogtribe.com.
